Gratitude
For the triumph of Life.
For the collective choice to expand.
For the blossoming awareness of possibilities.
And, gratitude for reaching the end of a demanding election cycle. For awhile we have had a good sense of how the energy was flowing and the general outcome seemed pretty clear. Still, it's nice to be on the other side of the process and feel the relaxation from the intense contractions. Guess that's true for a lot of processes these days.
The next comments are from Michele, and I'll wrap up with a summary of events rapidly approaching. We are beginning to touch on some of the ways our events will be shifting for 2009, and I will articulate those changes further in the next update.

From Michele: As the Living Field strengthens (with a big boost thanks to our collective choice for Obama!) more and more people are stepping into this new foundation for creation, and we now find that the next phase of conscious creation is beginning. It is true that we each continue a certain amount of personal healing work, yet we are also being called from within the Living Field to step into our capacity to be conscious co-creators and be able to work at some new levels.
In August, the focus of the world was on China during the Olympics. At that time we gathered with those in Spirit to collaboratively effect release of old structures of consciousness in China that have kept people bound in certain ways. At this time we are shifting toward an opportunity to begin working with the soul of the United States to open and begin the unraveling of old structures that have bound a polarity in our national consciousness.
Many people originally came to this country to flee religious intolerance, and the land of the free promised the right to choose religious affiliation without persecution. However, since it was a wound and within duality, it became bound within the collective national unconscious. As a result, religious intolerance, superiority and fear has re-manifested within our culture and again created polarity. However, it seems that this wound is now rising up to be unbound, and it appears that the new potential is stirring the collective pot. So, to assist the unbinding we will gather on Friday evening, November 14th, at 7 pm to collaboratively participate in some planetary work with Sanat Kumara and Lady Venus facilitating with and through me and all who are present.
This kind of planetary healing work will become more regular here at Lightsmith as 2009 gets underway. I'm excited that we are ready to start this work to co-evolve our collective experience from within the Field of Living Consciousness. Phone participation will be available as well as being present in person. These events of planetary service will not have a set cost. We have chosen to leave it to each participant to discern the value of what Lightsmith is providing in making the space, time and facilitation available and to offer a donation accordingly.
I would like to make a few comments about Abigail Adams, the wife of President John Adams. She powerfully represented the feminine during the formative years of the United States, and she is our visitor at the Second Saturday channeling this weekend (November 8th). As the time for a channeling draws close, I often sense the presence of those who will be coming through me. I sense her to be a strong Feminine presence who is very active in this shift of consciousness, working with the larger currents of creation in the United States but also present in the currents that are freeing women around the world to bring their voices and wisdom into the whole. She seems particularly suited to speak to what we are collectively able to create after this big election.
Transformation Tuesday (Nov. 18) will also focus on freeing the wisdom within the Feminine, whether in male or female bodies, to move forward out of the shadows and into greater form and visibility. Last month we worked with freeing the Masculine......this month the Feminine. As our nation now has made a choice to move forward by freeing the potential that has been evolving beneath the surface of consciousness, it's time our inner partners work together to move forward our own evolved wisdom and presence.
Chris and I feel that those we connect with through Lightsmith are our family, and we would like to join with family in gratitude for all that has opened and will continue to open in our collective experience. So we are hosting a "Gratitude Gathering" on Friday, Nov. 28, the day after the traditional Thanksgiving. Please bring a dish to share (a potluck of leftovers perhaps?) and we will eat together as well as create a circle of gratitude and blessing co-facilitated by the Lightsmith Council.
The Lightsmith Council includes Chris and me, and 4 people who have been of great support to both of us as we first took the leap to buy this building. These four continue to join us in listening to the unfolding course of creation through Lightsmith, and we are deeply grateful to each of them and wish to acknowledge their part in this creation. They are: Robert Cohanim, Judith Marayelle, Roxann Kay, and Carol Neal (applause....), all dear friends and people who have been evolving as well within the Living Wisdom of this field. We invite you to gather at Lightsmith with us around 4:3o, and we will create a Gratitude Circle about 5pm, creating a collective reflection of all that is shared. Since some people will need to work on that Friday, we will plan to eat about 6:30. Those who can't come till later will still be able to add their gratitude to the created reflection. Families and children are welcome too!
The coming year promises to unfold new potentials here at Lightsmith and in all of you, and I look forward to collaboratively creating that adventure.
