Now You See It....
If a picture was actually worth a thousand words, I could just send you half a photo and save myself a lot of time. But then I wouldn't get to write, so this time I'm going to offer a little of each.
First, I begin with the written. These words are condensed from the opening comments of Lady Venus from her visit on August 12th:
"All of the facets of the feminine are activating now, and you are being challenged to expand your capacity to receive. Most of you were conditioned in the old story to be active "doers". You feel more comfortable in motion having a goal. You have lists. You like to see your achievements and you like to check things off. Your schooling also prepared you to be valued for achievement, and to value yourself for what you could produce. The feminine is not so concerned with that process. It is concerned with the capacity for life, capacity for creation and the growth of your own capacities. So, what if you begin to value your own feminine capacity? What if you begin to realize that what is within you is about to have training, and is about to enter a period of time of expanding your own capacities."
"You have a sense of your own awareness and your capacity for healing, or for experiencing energy. You've learned to trust your intuition and your senses. That has been Phase One. Are you ready for Phase Two? Are you ready to value, without question, that which is not productive?"
This short summary will give you a hint about the direction Lightsmith will be heading this year. You know by now that we are always moving with the current of transformation, and the next phase has been put in motion. This shift is partly why you don't see many events yet posted on our calendar for fall and winter. We are needing to be with this process of structure shift until it comes into enough clarity for us to articulate.
A few things we do know at the moment:
* Michele's rate for personal sessions will be changing in October.
* The chakra classes will have a different configuration than in the past.
* Lady Venus and Sanat Kumara will begin their training sessions in January.
* Another series of Advanced Practitioner Classes will begin.
* Current Advanced Practitioner training will expand.
I will be able to tell you more very soon. Our apologies for the delay. This listening in the moment thing has its own challenges when a calendar is involved. I'm sure there will also be some rearrangements along the way.

The first part was a process facilitated by Michele to energetically prepare the group for what would be the deeper work in cooperation with Earth and those in Spirit. You may find that process helpful, and you can decide if you'd like to complete that portion. If you wish, you can skip the preparatory section and advance to the 39:50 minute mark and follow the session from there. You will get a good sense of what took place, and it will help you understand the shift that happened for both participants and those in China.

And here are more photos for those of you who made it this far down the page. Our only getaway this summer was a couple weekends ago when we went for a few days to northern Minnesota. Mostly we stayed on a bay of Leech Lake, but one afternoon we drove further north to the Lost Forty. Due to a surveying error in 1882, this land was never logged. From the Minnesota Department of Natural Sources web page:
The area contains 28 acres of red pine forest and 18 acres of spruce-fir forest. The virgin old-growth red pine forest is the largest and oldest stand in the Blackduck Forestry Area. White pine over 300 years old can be found on the site. The U.S. Forest Service administers adjacent lands with old growth red and white pine, as well. Fringed polygala, bluebead lily, twin flower, and Canada mayflower occur in this area.
