I have delayed writing this comment for awhile, both to allow time for
reflection and to compose succinctly without the appearance of making
a political statement. I can't control how you receive what I write,
but I will do my best to be clear about my focus.

Over the last two years, some of our channeled presenters have spoken
of the soul of the United States. Benjamin Franklin talked about how
the country has an independent nature, just as each of us has an
independent nature. That soul evolves and grows, and it does so
through everyone who was born here or has otherwise chosen to be here.
We are the vehicles through which the forms and creations of that soul
can be expressed.

We also came to see that the nation's soul participates in a
transformative process similar to our own. Old structures break down
and release, and new possibilities and potentials rise into awareness.
To me, it has become clear that economic devices keeping people bound
are dissolving, a government essentially directed by corporate
lobbyists is coming under increased scrutiny, and any idea of
continuing business as usual is painfully unacceptable to a majority
of people. These are some of the areas where I sense that awareness is
penetrating and re-alignment and re-creation are in motion.

When Thomas Jefferson visited with us in November of 2006, he reminded
us that the core group of founders sensed the great potential that
existed for this country. He spoke of how a particular kind of truth
current was folded into the fabric of the constitution and the symbols
they created. The full explanation is an article by itself, but the
heart of the intention was this: "if someone tried to weave illusion
through democracy, so to speak, or through a governing structure, and
tried to seduce the population, there would come a time where there
would be a revelation or a revolution. One of the two."

Jefferson then continued to re-frame the notion of revolution, not as
a violent act, but as a turning of a cycle or change of story. He
stressed that we are at a time of choice, and that the choice would be
made at an individual level, perhaps with a feeling of internal
conflict about whether or not to let go of the old and shift into the
new. Jefferson also informed us that what was woven into the fabric of
this country is supportive of the "revolution", but needed to be acted
on sooner rather than later. Michele and I share the view that the
soul of this country has chosen, and that the choice is reflected in
the support being shown for Barack Obama. This view is a perspective
seen in context of the larger story playing out during this time of
dissolution and revolution.

Michele was in attendance at the Xcel Energy Center on June 3rd when
Senator Obama acknowledged the position he had attained in the
political race. As Michele tracked the energy in the arena and in the
collective, she had three interesting observations. First, the person
who introduced the senator was clearly immersed in the old school
energies of polarity and divisive politics. Secondly, in obvious
contrast, Obama brought a much different, graciously unifying energy
to the stage. He also shared a moment with his wife that felt like a
true partnership. Perhaps of greatest significance was Michele's
perception of the collective energies, which may be most analogous to
the tremendous effort needed to change the direction of a very large
ship in motion. Unlike the Titanic, this ship has been successfully
turned. After the event Michele spoke to me in tears, moved by what
she had experienced and elated at what she had witnessed at other
levels.

I suspect that you, too, are also feeling that something significant
has occurred. Again, this is not a political observation, but an
energetic awareness. It's a sense that a green light has illuminated,
or the "all ahead full" order has sounded. Potential is being
realized, and the wild ride I previously wrote about is soon to make
the jump to light-speed. I have no idea if I'm truly prepared, but I
do know I'm ready.

The restoration of the feminine is underway, coming into balance with
the masculine. Feminine and masculine are attributes of consciousness,
not limited to biological structure. It is my view that the greatest
integration and balance of these two aspects are present in the male
candidate that prevailed. To me, it never was a race between a man and
a woman.
