This, That, The Other

Feels like months since I wrote the last update. Not that I haven't
thought about it, but the energy just wasn't moving that direction.
Found out that "I should" is no longer much of a motivator.

Sure, I've been busiernheck so it's not like I'm on vacation (that'll
be the day), but I also haven't felt particularly expressive, even
though much has been happening at Lightsmith. I guess that would be
the point of what I have to say. The oddness for me has been a feeling
of relative calm on the inside while observing endless nuttiness in
some other world "over there". Add the latest time shift (helm, go to
warp 5), and next thing I know the better part of a month has passed
and I'm playing catch up.

Perhaps the greatest sense I have right now is one of no expectation
whatsoever, while the potential for *something* has never felt more
full. Hard to describe, but there it is. So, let me get up to speed on
a few things, and I'll also add a surprise or two.

First, the evening with Sanat Kumara was grand, as expected, but
surprising in how the intensity of the evening steadily built in a
quiet, masterful presentation. He began by talking about his
relationship with the earth and his part in the plan of creating the
new structure of consciousness. Interesting to me was his description
of walls falling, with a particular focus on Tibet, China, and the
Olympics. Two other areas included a process to assist further release
of fear and shame, and a quite unexpected and wonderful introduction
for each person to a companion in Spirit who will be a co-creator in
the days ahead. He did make a point of saying that he would be present
for each person listening later, and would also connect people with
their new "friend".

I had the recording posted weeks ago, but, well you know. I highly
recommend this experience as both informative and helpful. And just

Buddha visits on Saturday, May 10th, near Wesak festival

So, already we're into May, and Buddha is returning for a 2nd visit on
our Saturday, May 10th channeling. Feels like auspicious timing given

Really, work isn't work when it's dear to one's heart

While I have been busy not writing to you, I have been quite focused
into projects connected with the Earth Mother. Not sure why, but I've
been motivated to rework some EM related files and get them posted. I
also have another special EM project I'll tell you about in a future
update, but here are two postings I hope you'll find interesting.

The Earth Mother first spoke through Michele in February, 1995. The
moment was unexpected, and was at the end of an event we were doing.
One of the hats I wear is that of a musician, and our friends in
Spirit had previously asked that I set up my keyboards on that
evening. As our planned event finished, I was directed to begin
playing, and I started with the tones of a particular musical
progression I had earlier created. Spirit spoke for a few minutes, and
then the energy shifted. Words came in a language I hadn't heard
before, and the Earth Mother began to speak. Like poetry, the words
and music came in sync, and one of the finest experiences of my life
began. For about 15 minutes she spoke and I played. It felt like a
beautiful dance to me, and since we were set up for another event, we
were able to capture the words and music on tape.

I Hope you find the following as fun as I did

Other hats I have worn have been those of both radio and TV host. New
Earth Radio was a weekly radio show a few years ago on KDWA out of
Hastings, MN, and Another Perspective was produced on local community
television in 1997 and 1998. One day soon I will have more media
postings on our web site, but for now I'd like to share with you the
first TV show I did. My guest was Michele (what a surprise, eh?), and
she channeled the Earth Mother for the studio audience after some
opening discussion with me. The show ran about an hour, so click the
link below when the tea is brewed, the coffeecake is hot and you're
ready to sit back and find out what we looked like 11 years ago :)

A Little Help

Yes, things are intense and the days are screaming by, and we feel as
if we've been in this latest "holding pattern" forever. Dumping old
programs, installing a new operating system and re-booting takes some
time. Or maybe you are just feeling the boot...hey you, over there,
come into alignment. So it is as we continue to tidy up in the hidden
nooks and crannies.

I have written before about how much assistance is available these
days, and we have done our best to make some of that assistance
available. You've probably come to realize that just having more
information doesn't help much...not that we don't have information to
offer. Rather, transformation is experiential and includes a process
of dissolving one system while embodying another. Life actually
changes.

Assistance with the processes of change is our specialty, and we
generally hope we include enough information to also keep you
informed. Or at least entertained. Since the previous update, we have
created two more rather potent recordings, and I have expeditiously
prepared them for use. I also want to let you know about a few events
soon to enter our month.
As you may know, at recent Lightsmith events we have had an abundance
of help from the Earth Mother. I'm still not sure how much she is
generally appreciated as the main orchestrator of this physical
transformation process. I always feel a bit sad when people miss out
on the stunning assistance she offers. Significant changes are taking
place in our bodies and the underlying structures of consciousness
that generate what we are experiencing, and the story of our
transformation is not separate from that of the Earth. If perchance
you still think of this great being only as "Mother Nature", you may
be missing the larger connection with this master of materialization.

On March 31st, the Earth Mother joined us at the scheduled monthly
channeling. Her focus was clear and direct, and she came to offer
specific assistance needed right now. She used a good deal of toning
along with her vibrational language, and the effects were immediate
for participants. It is easier for me to be a cheerleader for her than
to actually describe what takes place. It is so experiential that all
I can do is be the technician that cleans up the recording and puts it
up on the web. The rest is between you and her.

If you've been seeking some relief from the intensity of this shift,

Our last Tuesday Tune-up was an obvious reflection (to me) of just how
many things we are collectively working with as this recent wave comes
crashing through. Just about every core issue evident in the past
several months was represented in the process Michele facilitated. At
these Tune-Ups, Michele listens to the "field" that is created by the
input and presence of all people participating. The guidance comes
from what is needed to shift whatever structures and issues people are
working with. This session really covered some territory, and
included:

Fear at the base of the spine, Clearing structures in the mental
field, The "back door" at the base of the neck, Clearing attachments
or "hitchhikers", Uploading felt injustices to the Karmic Council,
Releasing what is non-essential, Opening receptive areas, Dissolving
conditioning that doesn't fit anymore, Clearing other people's
emotions, Bringing in more of one's soul, Dissolving old containments,
Connecting root chakra, Clearing distortions and boundary incursions,
Clarifying wisdom, Loosening personas that no longer fit, and Overall
frequency adjustments to shift into the new field.

Like I said, this session was pretty thorough. You may not need all
the areas of focus in your current process, but I bet you will find
some real help from at least a portion of this Tune-Up. I haven't been
able to get very many of these posted on our web site, but I wanted to
add this one for sure, since it is so inclusive of common issues being
experienced right now.

Sanat Kumara will be joining us at the Second Saturday Channeling this
weekend. If you are not familiar with Sanat Kumara, suggested reading
includes the Story of Creation found on our web site. This material
was given over three evenings in February of 1995, and you may not
have read it if you haven't dug through our archives. The story is
presented in three parts: The Creation of the Cosmos, The Design and
Evolution of the Human Being, and How We Are Being Assisted by Those
from Other Planets and Dimensions. Those were the general titles we
chose as we prepared for the channelings, but the depth of information
is broader.

Sanat Kumara has also been called "Ancient of Days". He is the being
that has known and carried out the plan of the heart of Creator, and
persisted in working with this planet and humanity when others thought
the plan here was not going to work out. Apparently the powers that be
were close to recycling the whole experiment when it didn't appear
possible that Duality could be shifted.

The opening of this series of channelings was the second time I
experienced the presence of Creator, as it began to tell His/Her/Its
story:

"Blessings, greetings, hello to each and every one of you. It is
indeed a great pleasure, a great Divine pleasure to be here, to be
speaking to you in this way. It was my favorite topic, so how could I
stay away! So please, this night, join me as we take a journey, a
journey that is a story of love. A story of love that I hope will open
your hearts and your entire experience to knowing how much you are
indeed loved and how much you are indeed the focus of that great great
love that has been evolving and creating throughout eons of what you
know of as time, and yet without any time at all it has all been
magnificent and wondrous. So let us go backward, and yet stay in the
moment of this moment."

"Once there was only a consciousness undifferentiated and having a
great capacity for love, but no Other to love. Just an endless
consciousness and awareness of space, of what were possibilities and
potentials. At one point a thought differentiated. There was a light
formed by thought, rather like a laser, that broke out of that place
of the mystery of that consciousness. It had a tone within it, which
began to specify the potential, the possibilities, and to begin the
process of evolving an Other to love. That was the beginning."

On the Wild Ride

As I began to write this update, I was reminded of something said by
our Spirit friends at the New Year's channeling: "Time, in this
physical plane, will also shift. If you look back a year from now, you
will sense a whole different experience of time than your sense of
this past year. And then you will start to sense the mutability of
time, and the mutability of space. Your light being, or spirit, has no
sense or need for time or space, so the more it merges within matter,
the more it also shifts the experience of time and space."

Seems like yesterday (it was actually February 4th) I wrote that
pretty soon I would be joking about the ides of March. I didn't even
notice when it went by.

At our last Second Saturday Channeling on the 8th, the Earth Mother
noted that some of us may have been feeling a bit "testy or stressed".
Inside I was screaming YEAH, HEY, WHAT'S UP WITH THAT AND CAN YOU MAKE
IT STOP?! Outside, I gave the polite, chuckling yes answer. She
explained that she was working with a good deal of incoming energy,
"drawing more into materialization from the light repertoire that I
work with", and that for the previous weeks her frequency had
incrementally been shifting upward and her grids were very activated.
Apparently we were having some challenges keeping up. Yeah,
apparently.

Now, I don't know about my grids and all, but my attempts to keep up
with the shifts included a generous selection of coughing, chills,
sweats, headaches, and a general sense of cripe.

The good news is that we did receive a boatload of assistance at that
last channeling session. The Earth Mother worked us through a very
effective process, bringing in specific frequencies that vibrationally
affected our bodies and helped them adjust to the new energies. It was
quite effective, and she said that the vibrational assistance would be
offered as effectively to those who would hear the session at a later
time. And guess what? The recording has been available for a couple
weeks and I didn't get out a message until today. Can't keep up. Zoom
zoom.

A slightly different, perhaps on-going aspect of our "adjustment"
seems to have yet a new twist. Between my own experiences and those of
others, the latest adventure includes sudden regurgitations of deeply
held judgments on self. Like a hairball waiting for the most opportune
moment to rise, up comes a memory, followed by a flush of
embarrassment and the aforementioned self-recrimination. Perhaps at
one time we were able to bury our feelings by judging and categorizing
them, locking them away in their own little cells (both kinds).
Suddenly, they're unlocked and back for re-consideration.

In my experience, I found two responses were open to me. One was to
play a continual loop of the event in my mind, and be even harder on
myself for behaviors chosen in an earlier time of pain and survival. I
suppose the hope would be to lock the suckers back up. I'm not sure
that's even possible, but it didn't seem the preferred choice. I chose
my new favorite, Plan B.

Plan B includes acknowledging that we are releasing the artifacts of a
previous story, and that we cannot take them forward into our next
experience. Boot the old, make room for the new. My insight was that
the emotions that come with the memories are there to get our
attention, but this stage of our transformation isn't about emotional
processing as we have known it before. This stage is about structure
release out of consciousness, and as the energy moves out of the dying
system of Duality we continually jettison bits of the old framework as
it collapses.

I found that the process for release is pretty simple: identify the
distortion and name it. That is, be truthful with yourself about your
experience. Be sure to include an abundance of compassion and no
judgment. We're just clearing the unconscious. As soon as the old
distortion is made conscious it can release. You'll know when you have
nailed it, because you will immediately feel better as the energy
begins to dissipate.

We're moving beyond the fast track into hyper-drive. We have
extraordinary assistance to help us shift with speed and ease, and
only need to ask. My way is to go directly to the great recycler I
call the Earth Mother and ask her to please take all the structures I
am releasing and no longer need. Any request into the field will work
as well.

My view is that we don't need to continue deep, painful analysis and
re-hashing of the origins of every past wound. It is not what is being
asked of us right now. We DO need to (caution: new slogan ahead) name
it, claim it, and de-blame it. And then let it go back to the big
nothing from whence it came. Unless you want to keep it, of course.
That would not be mine to decide.
